    Sr. Regional Manager

    YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Sets up regional sales strategy and works out the business plans to achieve the regional sales target in close alignment with the established marketing strategy
  • Monitors and supervises District Sales Managers to develop and implement their sales plan and to meet their performance expectations
  • Controls the regional budget, ensures the expense is used effectively
  • Recruits qualified personnel, creates a high performance culture and engaging work environment that motivates potentials to plan a long-term career with Bayer and develops qualified talent pipelines to meet requests of team growth and change
  • Conducts performance management and development dialogues with subordinates, improves employees performance and engagement by coaching; executes performance improvement plans when necessary
  • Establishes and maintains important relationships with academic leaders through regular visits and cooperative projects
  • Maintains good communication with the regional teams and the headquarter
  • Ensures his/her individual actions are aligned with Bayer's LIFE values, relevant compliance guidelines and other company regulations
  • WHO YOU ARE

  • University degree, major in medical or medicine Experience:
  • At least five years of sales management experience in medical industry, prefarably within a MNC
  • Rich products and sales promotion knowledge
  • Sales management and leadership skills
  • Excellent communication & authorization skills
  • Good negotiation skills
  • Willingness to accept challenges
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Good command of both written and spoken English
