Job Summary
As a Resin Production Manager you will fully execute for insuring quality production in a safe environmentally responsible and efficient manner according to the established schedules and procedures.The incumbent is directly accountable for EHS Quality Personnel Cost Efficiency issues related to resin reactors running daily.
- Provide properly training coach monitoring to resin production employees to ensure each operation activity under EHS responsible way and take safety as priority during routine operation via a 0 accident culture building.
- Set up the highest quality standard upon the related procedures good practices to achieve 0 defect operation to satisfy the sales demand and customer request.
- Promote the team-work atmosphere and ensure a positive morale to achieve the excellent operation include Skills: 5S LEAN AMU CPU Hazard Waste Control Energy Saving etc.
