As a Business Development Manager, you are responsible for a number of important Regional and local accounts at INVENTIVE, a subsidiary of IFF under Inclusion BU, who provides food ingredients specialties to Food industry customers.

In addition you will be part of Global account teams.

You will take care of managing the sales to these accounts effectively; with the goal to ensure growth of the business with them.

You will work in close cooperation with Operations, Creation and Applications and Marketing departments within IFF. In this role you report into the Inclusion BU Commercial Director.

How you will contribute and lead:

• Helps to define strategy for Global & Regional Key Accounts for the Inclusions portfolio
• Responsible for profitable sales growth targets at Global & Regional key accounts for assigned product lines in defined area (category, region)
• Develop New Business Opportunities and New Customers by understanding their needs and targeting them with our product solutions
• Manage customer relationships, across key stakeholders within the customer organization
• Responsible for quotes and pricing negotiations, ensuring that the GP targets are achieved.
• Accountable for all communications with the customer and constantly keep Customer Service, QA and Operations departments updated to ensure timely delivery of orders
• Manages complex customer projects (cost & price, regulatory, technical, compliance, etc) and leads cross-functional teams within Inclusions to design the right solution for the customer
