- Ensure that the products and services provided from China meet both external and internal requirements, including legal compliance and the customer's expectations

- CAMAC Responsible Quality Manager for Satair Beijing
- Ensure that Satair's quality system is implemented and maintained in accordance with the requirements of EN 9120 and subject to regular audits and reviews
- Participate in the necessary meetings, planning, audits etc.
- Promote quality achievement and performance improvement throughout the organization
- Ensure compliance with national and international standards and legislation
- Define quality procedures in conjunction with other functions
- Secure maintenance and control of all quality related documentation
- Collate and analyse performance data and charts against defined parameters
- Liaise with both internal and external auditors and ensure the execution of corrective action and compliance with customers' specifications
- Implement and maintain controls of outgoing shipments
- Report to management on the level of quality achieved and identify areas that require improvements
- Manage both suppliers and customer claims
- Manage both internal and external audits
- Work with procurement staff to establish quality requirements from external suppliers
- Work with other managers to establish quality goals for new and existing products
- Work with HR to identify relevant quality-related training needs and deliver training
- Any other Quality related tasks as designated by the Managing Director
- At least 3 years maintenance working experience in CCAR-145 MRO (maintenance, engineering, quality, material management, ect. and corresponding official work experience certificate is required) or CCAR-66R3 maintenance license is mandatory.

You will be a key actor driving the success of the local quality operations: on-time and on-quality closure of related customer and supplier claims, on-time and on-quality certification of parts (via Hua-Ou interface), audit planning adherence, and level of internal/external customer satisfaction.
