    Tasks/ Responsibilities:

  • Design Verification of the materials and relevant spec for offshore application, such as production system, pipeline & subsea equipment, . Tree, Wellhead, Tie-in connectors and other underwater installations for material selection. design/specification for special material, welding and NDT specification for special material.
  • Consultancy work for integrity assessment for offshore structures, equipment, . ECA assessment, FFS assessment, damage assessment and LET assessment.
  • High level technical support to local business on material, welding, fracture mechanic etc.
  • Managing project to close cooperation with customers.

    We are looking for a colleague who has:

  • Engineering degree (Master or above) preferably within Metal Material and Welding major, with minimum of 10 years of experience on shipbuilding and offshore industry.
  • Experience with technical rules and regulation on material and welding.
  • Good understanding on material fracture mechanic and to have experience on crack assessment based on BS7910 or similar practice guidance.
  • Prefer to have experience or good skill on Abaqus or similar software to run advanced FEM analysis.
  • Ability to handle several projects in parallel.
  • Able to perform site visit tasks on offshore, and willingness to perform business trips to support our clients as well as our worldwide organization
  • Self-motivated and result-oriented.
