Responsibilities

• Play XJP Purchasing role(as per regulation required, must locate at Xi'an, Bachelor's degree or higher in Chemistry, Pharmaceutical / Medicine or a related scientific discipline) overall responsible for product reliable supply management
• Responsible for reviewing and releasing all XJP orders to ensure full compliance and reliable supply
• Responsible for XJP master data review and approval with standard process
• As per China GSP related regulations and JNJ business quality standards, drive the full compliance supply operations, represent Planning support all GSP audit
• XJP GSP business support
• Foster tight collaboration with global demand planning partners and supply sites through following the IBP process.
• Ensure a clear and proactive net requirement signal with supply feedback loop alignment of Risk/Mitigations & Opportunities.
• Track product supply status and implement mitigation actions to close any identified gaps.
• Timely escalate Short-Term Exceptions (STEM 0) / service vulnerability codes.
• Analyze, review, and resolve any misalignments/issues/gaps between production supply, sales demand, and inventory.
• Provide key inputs for Business Planning, Financial cycles updates, and Long-Range capacity/financial planning.
• Ensure planning parameters are periodically refreshed to reflect the most accurate supply chain operation.
• Develop and maintain tools and processes for effective modeling and planning.
• Provide leadership and guidance on supply and distribution planning processes.
• Ensure cost-effective stock-inventory availability while protecting customer service.
• Communicate and understand the business consequences of planning/allocation trade-offs.
• Collaborate with regional and global planning teams to reconcile and synchronize supply with demand expectations.
• Provide sales inventory replenishment forecasts for financial projections.
• Collaborate with affiliates and ensure optimal customer service while leading inventory to target levels.
