    Experience: 3YRs-10YRs

    Work Location: Dalian

    Roles and Responsibilities:

    Veeva Salesforce Support

    Requirements:


    • Technical Skills:

    1. Basic knowledge in Veeva CRM with experience 2+ years

    2. Basic knowledge in Veeva CRM function modules and objects and configuration

    3. Basic knowledge in Veeva Vault

    • Soft Skills

    1. Good English skill – Writing and Speaking

    2. Good learning ability

    • Process/Operations

    1. Check incidents in SNOW and fix issues in Veeva CRM

    2. Check Service Request and fulfill the request in Veeva CRM

    3. Prepare presentations for regular meetings

    4. Implementation of solutions for bug fixes / enhancements and ensure adherence to Sanofi technical and quality standards/guidelines

    5. Adherence to defined SLA in Incident resolution, SR resolution etc.

    6. Collaborate with team and Sanofi stakeholders on support activities as needed
