工作描述
工作职责一、电气方向
1、电力系统运维:高低压配电系统(如变压器、UPS、发电机组等)等,根据工作需要确保正常运行,并负责日常保养与维护
2、智能化运维:制定预防性维护计划,通过红外热成像等技术评估设备健康度,搭建故障树模型优化维修策略
3、安全与创新:主导用电安全年检,参与节能改造项目(如负载模拟、能效优化),探索AI预测性维护等前沿技术
4、其他:根据甲方电气专家的需求或公司内部要求,输出解决方案及执行落地等
二、暖通方向
1、环境系统运行维护:针对采暖、通风、空调系统(如锅炉、冷却塔、新风系统),根据工作需要确保正常运行,并负责日常保养与维护
2、节能技术应用:根据办公现场情况,针对性输出节能减排方案等
3、空调系统、新风系统调试:针对不同片区办公人群区别,通过控制环境温度提高员工办公体验等
4、其他:根据甲方暖通专家的需求或公司内部要求,输出解决方案及执行落地等
任职要求
1、2026应届大专及以上毕业生,暖通、制冷、自动化、电气、机电类工科专业优先;
2、性格阳光、思维活跃、追求自我专业能力提升具备良好沟通协调能力,能积极解决工作中的问题。
