Job summary
Responsible for machine installation and commissioning daily machine breakdown maintenance which including both electrical and mechanical issues technical support for machine improvement responsible for machine operating instruction training to operators responsible for root casue analysis of machine breakdown issues find out solution and implementation accomplish the other works from the maintenance supervisor comply with relevant HSE policies rules and regulations of the company actively participate in regular tool box meetings implement the assigned tasks according to the requirements of the department manager actively report safety hazards existing in department eliminate hidden hazards found time report to department manager HSE do not violate zero tolerance violations lock tags vandalism mechanical safety guards etc without permission do not operate open flames plant do not climb do not operate electricity command violation regulations conscientiously implement health safety environmental protection production policies strictly abide by implement national laws regulations complete departments health safety environmental protection related training education.
