- Update and maintain learning & development policy and guidelines, regulating training related processes and actions, including but not limited with internal training, external training, educational sponsorship and training binding agreement
- Work with Learning Manager to administer annual learning cycle and operations, from training needs analysis, annual training plan, internal communications, vendor management, training plan implementation and quality management, procurement, contract and cost allocation
- Work with global CoE team on deploying global learning offerings in Asia Pacific to meet the learning needs of various roles by job family and by level.
- Work as the interface between CoE team with SSC team on learning administration topic and to update the new employee orientation (NEO)
- Support the implementation of CoE programs and projects, including talent management programs, internal trainer project, employee engagement survey, etc.
- Manage the vendors together with purchasing team to make sure smooth cooperations and efficient training delivery
- Maintain and manage learning related data, applying data analysis and reporting to the function head for strategic view and decisions.
- Other tasks assigned by supervisor
- Qualifications:
- Bachelor degree, master preferred;
- At least 5 years working experience, 3 years on learning and development function in multinational companies.
- English proficiency
- Proficiency in excel, database and ppt
- Strong communications / teamwork
- Strong developmental mindset and learning agility
- Structural thinking and catering operational details for efficiency
