职责描述 1. 熟悉并掌握融资租赁在相关行业领域的业务,积极做好市场分析调查;2. 根据业务部门专项计划目标,制定个人业务拓展规划;
3. 负责项目客户拜访、沟通,挖掘客户的融资需求;
4. 根据客户需求,与产品经理并肩协作,设计或推广双方共赢的金融产品,推进融资租赁或保理项目;
5. 负责项目前期评估,对客户进行尽职调查,收集客户相关资料,分析各项关键指标,形成评估报告,并积极推进下一环节;
6. 负责项目的具体洽谈及签约;
7. 同公司各个部门、各项目团队进行有效的协作,落实融资租赁项目合同文本的签订及内部流程审批;
8. 协助租后服务、客户关怀工作,保持项目良好的运转。 任职要求 1.基本条件(学历、专业、工作经验、行业背景、资格证书等):
大学本科及以上学历,财务、金融、法律及工科类专业背景;
2年以上销售工作经验,敏锐的洞察力,善于挖掘客户需求;
快速学习的能力,良好的沟通协调能力。
2. 胜任素质(岗位必备的知识、技能、心理素质、行为能力等):
具备财务、法律、税务其中一项或者多项功底,四大/著名咨询公司/投行工作经验者优先;
风险意识和风险识别能力较强;
具备独立获客能力,善于沟通、谈判,能识别、挖掘客户需求;
积极主动,工作严谨负责,职业稳定性强,能够适应一定强度的工作压力;
人品正直善良,良好的团队合作能力。 工作地点
