IQC Supervisor

As a IQC Supervisor for Motion Business Area in Shanghai, China, you will be responsible for incoming quality section leader, lead the team build up effective material control firewall.

Your responsibilities

• Monitoring material quality performance through effective data and digital approach (SAP QM, SRM)
• Setting up measuring and inspection competence center (People & Equipment)
• Being responsible for quality target driven team management
• Incoming quality control workflow optimization and cross function cooperation set up
• Participating quality improvement transform project as section leader
• Performing other regular management work

Your background

• Bachelor's degree or above in Engineering
• 5+ years of experience of quality/process engineer in relevant industry
• Measuring, Test lab build experience, familiar with most equipment and tools
• Experience of team management (WC+BC)
• Robust quality knowledge and leadership
• Fluent in English
