• Responsible for providing all key General Plot Plan activities for BIG site CapEx projects or eMOC .
• Responsible for BIG site master planning management and coordination.
• Coordinate, monitor & control all key General Plot Plan activities towards contractor or engineering partner's work in individual Projects.
• Monitor resources, timeline, performance, and costs regarding General Plot Plan discipline at projects.
• Prepare Cost Estimate, supervising or preparing Basic Engineering documents and Technical Bid Evaluation.
• Establish local know-how and market contacts in the relevant discipline and share with other/new project teams in BASF Asia Pacific and globally.
• Represent the owner interests in the project towards the EPs/Local Design Institute, Vendors, and construction companies. Carry out technical and contractual supervision and guidance.
• Compliance with all EHS policies and procedures, as well as maintaining a Zero Incident mindset in the implementation of capital projects, while championing BASF's commitment to safety always.
• Champion the mindset of Continuous Improvement and implementation of improvement measures.
• Bachelor's degree with major study in General Plot Plan or Urban-Rural Planning. Master's degree will be an advantage.
• Proficient command of spoken and written Chinese and English.
• Strong knowledge of design and visualization software such as AutoCAD and MS Office.
• Excellent problem solving and control skills; good communication and learning abilities.
• Basic understanding of master planning engineering principles and concepts.
• Ability to work under the supervision of senior engineers.
