包装行业注塑机设备营销总监
本科及以上学历,机械、材料、自动化、市场等相关专业优先;五年以上塑料包装行业、注塑设备行业或相关自动化行业经验。熟悉薄壁、IML、快节拍、食品级包装等典型工艺;良好的沟通能力,英语可以作为工作语言;
有过大客户开发、维护经验,有过团队建设与绩效管理经验。
- 制定包装行业中长期发展战略和年度经营计划,并组织执行。
- 明确细分应用领域(食品/饮料/日化/医药/物流包装等)的目标客户与产品策略。
- 承担并分解行业销售、毛利及费用控制目标,定期检视达成情况。
