职位描述职位目标:
为消费者提供专业的直播服务,结合品牌和产品优势等引导消费者在直播间购买,打造好的购买体验并完成销售目标。
岗位职责:
1、负责京东平台官旗店的直播销售,讲解及展示产品功能和卖点,引导消费者对商品产生需求,从而进行销售;
2、负责正确且有条理地解说店铺促销活动、直播间权益等,明确下单路径,引导消费者下单;
3、负责把控直播节奏,在直播期间与消费者的互动,解答消费者问题及需求,活跃直播气氛,增加粉丝数量及粘性,实现销售最大化;
4、负责根据每场直播内容及数据指标,总结直播效果并输出优化内容,确保提升下场次直播效果。
岗位要求:
1、大专及以上学历,播音主持相关专业;
2、2年以上电商平台主播工作经验,1年以上家电/美食/家装/耐消/服饰/类目直播经验。
