- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Marketing, or related field; MBA or relevant postgraduate degree preferred.
- Proven experience (5+ years) in project management, product management, or business development within the automotive aftermarket industry, preferably in the diagnostic and repair equipment sector.
- Strong understanding of IAM, OES, and vocational school markets, channels, and distribution networks in the automotive industry.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams and external partners.
- Demonstrated leadership abilities, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills to drive project success and achieve business objectives.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and project management tools; familiarity with SAP or CRM software is a plus.
- Fluency in Mandarin Chinese and English languages required.
- Travel Frequency: This position is based in the CN region with frequent travel required within the region and occasionally internationally.

Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Project Manager to join our Aftermarket Service Solution business unit in the CN region. The Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing various projects related to diagnostic and repair equipment, tools, hardware, software, and services targeting the Independent Aftermarket (IAM), Original Equipment Services (OES), and vocational school markets and channels.
Job Responsibility
1. Project Planning and Execution:
o Develop comprehensive project plans, timelines, and budgets for the successful execution of initiatives within the aftermarket service solution business unit.
o Coordinate with cross-functional teams including engineering, product management, sales, marketing, and operations to ensure project objectives are met efficiently and effectively.
o Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and implement mitigation strategies to ensure on-time delivery and adherence to quality standards.
2. Product Development and Launch:
o Lead the development and launch of new diagnostic and repair equipment, tools, hardware, software, and services tailored to the IAM, OES, and vocational school markets.
o Collaborate with product management and engineering teams to define product requirements, features, and specifications based on market demands and customer feedback.
o Coordinate product testing, validation, and certification processes to ensure compliance with regulatory standards and customer expectations.
