工作职责
1【人文创作】通过疆土民风、自然博物、文明宝藏、社会人生、时代强音五大主题的人文素材输入,提升孩子的感知力和思辨力。
2负责素养类课程线下小班/在线小班授课(主要针对7-12岁年龄段学生),负责课程设计和管理;
3定期参加教师培训及教学研讨活动,提升自身学术素养及授课质量;
4跟进学生学习情况,提供合理可实施的个性化方案帮助学生能力提升;
5负责素养类课程的产品运营相关工作,包括招生渠道运营及活动策划、直播、讲座等工作。
任职资格
1本科及以上学历;2表达流畅,有较强的责任心和亲和力;
3有面授及相关教学经验者优先;
4热爱教育事业,有教师资格证优先。
