- 负责Wellness CBEC业务范围下的直营客户唯品会以及CBEC所有分销店铺及分销商的销售工作,同时负责CBEC新兴业务渠道及社交网络渠道的拓展。熟悉跨境电商分销体系的销售业务操作,能很好的维系与跨境分销商客户的销售关系,搭建并运作完整的分销销售网络体系,贡献CBEC新兴渠道的销售增量。
- 负责现有直营客户唯品会的销售工作,达成客户年度/季度/月度的各项销售指标,包括UL/GMV/Market Share/Innovation。制定及贯彻实施客户销售发展策略,与客户建立共同的生意JBP计划,完成客户年度贸易条款的谈判,针对客户特性制定对应的销售活动方案并有效执行,定期进行业务回顾并制定行动计划。
- 制定完整的CBEC分销体系销售政策,规划分销业务发展方向及生意模型,制定分销体系下的货品策略/价格策略/店铺策略/差异化运营策略,在现有基础上搭建更加全面的分销销售网络。
- 开拓更多新的跨境电商分销商,并维系与所有客户良好的销售合作关系,共同协商制定全年的销售愿景目标及销售策略,形成合作共赢的业务伙伴模式。
- 负责分销体系下POP店铺管理,拓展多平台上分销店铺,包含但不限于阿里/京东/拼多多等,为分销店铺建立每月的销售计划及销售目标,做好分销体系下市场零售价格的管控,做好每月分销店铺销售数据的收集和回流,建立清晰完整的店铺矩阵。
- 在跨境电商新兴的销售渠道上发掘生意机会点,拓展销售渠道,例如快手/小程序商城/社交私域社群/零售渠道的线上跨境商城(山姆/盒马/屈臣氏等),寻找新的生意突破口。
- 经销商及运营团队的管理,带领团队完成公司要求的各项日常操作工作,做好销售费用的管控及核销。
