    主要工作职责 Key Responsibilities:

    组织培训及项目实践,提升一线管理人员及工程师团队的持续改善思维。

    Organize proper training and project practicing to improve the systematic thinking on continuous improvement for front line leaders and engineer team.

    指导一线管理人员及工程师团队识别生产制程中的改善机会并通过合理的工具应用来实施优化。

    Guide and help the front line leaders and engineers to identify the improvement opportunities in manufacturing processes and implement the Kaizen through the application of proper tools.

    建立并维护全流程生产效率监控模型,对数据趋势及异常进行定期分析,识别改善机会并领导或参与实施。

    Establish and maintain the productivity monitoring model for whole process. Carry out periodical data analysis on trending and abnormalities. Identify the opportunities for improvement and implement the optimization by leading the project or being involved.

    维护并不断优化物料损耗、员工工时管理等其他生产数据分析系统,识别改善机会。

    Maintain and continuously improve other production analysis system including material loss, labor hour management and etc. Identify the opportunities for improvement.

    与区域负责人通力合作,在目标制定、人才发展、质量合规等多方面提供全方面的支持。

    Actively cooperating with the area owners to provide comprehensive support on goal setting, people development, quality and compliance and other aspects.

    在相关管理中与内外部利益相关方沟通合作,获取必要的资源及支持。

    Connect and cooperate with internal and external stakeholders during project management to obtain required resource and support.

    完成运营总监布置的其他任务。

    Accomplish other duties assigned by operation director.

    任职条件 Qualifications :

  • 文化程度Education:

    • 本科及以上学历,生化,药学、材料、工业工程等相关工科专业。

    Bachelor's degree or above, biology chemical, pharmacy, material science, industrial engineering and related engineering majors.

  • 任职经验Working Experience:

    • 5年以上诊断、医械、制药行业生产管理、工艺工程专家或项目管理工作经验。

    Above 5 years of working experience of production management, process expert or project management in related fields (IVD, medical device, pharmaceutical).

    具备领导生产效率提升、材料节约、员工能力改善等项目的经验。

    Have lead projects in productivity improvement, material loss reduction, employee capability enhancement projects.

  • 英语水平Language Skill:

    • 流利的英语沟通能力

    Strong English communication capability.

  • 能力要求Competency:

    • 有责任心,良好的沟通、表达能力。

    Willing to take responsibility and good communication and presentation skill.

    具备与内外部不同的利益相关方良好合作的经验。

    Have strong experience to work directly with internal and external stakeholders.

    精益黑带或六西格玛黑带认证。

    Lean or 6 Sigma black belt certification.
