Job summary
The position is responsible for growing the business in the China wind power market. The sales manager will implement sales strategies, develop new business, and maintain existing accounts. They will also identify customer needs, provide technical solutions, and maximize sales. The role requires effective communication, teamwork, and loyalty.
Responsibilities
- Implement sales strategy and ensure the company meets revenue objectives through developing new business and maintaining existing accounts.
- Approach to target group of customers via emails and phone calls to schedule appointments to meet the requirements of the customer.
- Identify customer's needs by providing technical solutions resulting in sales opportunities in order to maximize and grow sales.
- Responsible for customer relationship / partnership and on-time payments.
- Prepare annual customer plans and sales strategy forecast.
- Manage sales lead follow up.
- Be able to work with other departments for continuous improvement process.
- Visiting and attending industry fairs and be able to understand industry technology trends.
- Get sales forecasts and the information of the customer demands updates.
- Support Customer Service as needed.
- Other tasks assigned by Head of Business Development Asia.
Qualifications
- Bachelor degree in Electrical engineering with 5 years' commercial experience.
- Ability to communicate effectively both in written English.
- Working experience in the wind power industry in the foreign-invested companies is preferred.
- Teamwork player and effective communicator.
- Loyalty, positive thinking, self-motivated.
- Computer proficient: Word, Excel and Power Point.
