职责:
1,针对以下模块和产品,设计本土化硬件架构方案,旨在满足本土客户对于成本/功率密度/性能的要求
1)驱动板电源模块;
2)驱动板驱动模块;
3)电机电流采样模块;
4)单主控芯片双逆变器方案;
2,高压EMC滤波电路拓扑设计以及元器件选型
要求:
1,本土客户主驱逆变器量产项目开发经验
2,精通开关电源拓扑和平面变压器设计和选型
3,熟悉市场上各种电流型/电压型驱动芯片的特性以及相应的驱动模块设计
4. 单主芯片控制双逆变器的项目开发经验,熟悉硬件相关功能安全要求和设计
5. 主驱逆变器高压EMC设计经验,具备EMC仿真能力(优先考虑)
6. 主驱功率模块热模型开发经验(优先考虑)
