    (GBS) is engaged in providing innovative, designed,improved and efficient services in Accounting & Finance, Human Resource andSupply Chain Management areas. In shared service market, we have rich andprofessional technical background. We can provide high quality tailor-madevalue added services to our customers. Our services also cover E2E digitalsolutions and other professional services. Currently we have more than 480employees, mainly located in Beijing, Shanghai and Suzhou, serving around 110customers. GBS is not only a service provider, but also customers' partner ofchoice.

    You'll make an impact by

  • •Monthly rental, service charging, billing andinvoice issuing
  • •Create/close cost center, WBS
  • •Goods receiptimplementation
  • •Analysis reconciliation of General LedgerAccounts
  • •GL posting and prepare the accrual
  • )
  • •E-bank related
  • •PO check
  • •Fixed Asset management
  • master data set up/modify
  • •Audit supports
  • •AR report and follow up

    • Your definingqualities

  • •Bachelor's degree or above. Major in accountingor finance is preferred.
  • •At least 1 years' experience in the field ofcommercial, controlling or accounting. Multinational company or Siemensexperience is preferred.
  • •SAP is preferred
  • •Good English in speaking and writing
  • •Work under high pressure
  • •Good communication skills and learningcapability
  • •Good at Microsoft Office (Excel, Word,PowerPoint), familiar with digital tool is preferred (Macro, Power BI etc.)
  • •High initiative and responsibility, driving fora result
