    Essential responsibilities and duties

    The BG Functional Safety/ Product Cybersecurity Quality Manager has overall responsibility for the implementation processes of functional safety/ product cybersecurity including governance reviews (Product Integrity). The main missions are as follows:

  • Manages the activities for implementation of standard processes of the assessors across FCE global – functional safety & cybesecurity
  • Demonstrates leadership in the application and standards of ISO and ISO
  • Provides governance and coaching.
  • Establishes the Product Integrity organization processes inside FCE
  • Establishes/harmonizes the skill levels and training requirements necessary for the different roles within FCE functional safety and cybersecurity for Quality and R&D FuSa/CySec
  • Establishes the protocols and governance rules for the Product Safety and Security Meetings.
  • Coordinate the global functional safety/ product cybersecurity quality standards and expected levels
  • Lead the global quality strategy regarding Functional Safety and Cybersecurity compliance.

    • Qualifications

    The ideal candidate will have/be:

  • Minimum education level: Bachelor's degree in engineering (preferably in electronics)
  • Language : English Fluent
  • Strong ISO experience
  • Strong ISO experience
  • Knowledge of Hella's Product Integrity operational methods

    • Experience :

  • Minimum 10 years of proven experience in the Automotive industry in development.
  • Minimum 5 years in functional safety/ product cybersecurity position

    • Skills and competencies

  • ISO Functional Safety
  • ISO Cybersecurity
  • SW FMEA (Software Failure Mode & Analysis),
  • SOTIF (Safety Of The Intended Functionality),
  • ASPICE HWE Hardware SWE Software MEE Mechanical
  • DFMEA (Failure Mode and Effects Analysis)
  • Familiar with Customer Development Process – APQP, VDA, etc
  • Leadership and autonomy.
  • Team player with strong communication skills.
  • Management abilities in a matrix environnement.
  • International mind-set.
