Job summary

Maintain and develop Valvoline's business, assist local distributors, and achieve sales goals.

Responsibilities

  • Accomplish sales target by maintaining and developing DB network and new customers.
  • Build up long term and stable business relationship with customers.
  • Use company resource effectively and draft market activities.
  • Collect and analysis market information for company decision.

Qualifications

  • College degree or above, majoring in automotive and business.
  • 5+ years' working experience, and at least 3+ years in lubricant and auto/auto-aftermarket sales experience.

Skills

  • Strong ability of study and communication skill.
  • Experience in lubricant and auto/auto-aftermarket industries.
  • Good understanding of the basic structure of vehicles and basic knowledge of lubricants.
  • Result oriented and able to work under pressure.
  • Having sales and training skills.
