Your challenges

Responsibility (Tasks / Activities) :

1. Establish,maintain,andoptimizetheprocedureandprocessofproduction,andorderfulfillmenttoalignwith corporate and company strategy

2. Leaddailyoperationsofproductiontoimplementthetasksandfulfillthegoalsand targets

3. Inchargeofbudgetingandforecastingorganizationandexpenseofproductionfunction

4. Bepartof the CFTteamof the NPIprojectandlead the task forceforproductionlinesetup,prototypefabrication,process verification and validation, and employee qualification, preparation of series production, etc.

5. Takepartinglobal-alignedinitiativesandprojects,putITinagileanddigitalmanufacturing,etc.inplaceto implement the corporate strategy of manufacturing.

6. Proactively promote and implement the Eppendorf Lean Production System (STep) and develop Local Best Practices to enable efficient production locally to achieve competitive productivity and high-quality products.

7. Cultivateanddevelop a teamforcollaboration,execution,andinnovationtoenable the teamtofulfillthegoalsandtasks.

8. Develop and continuously improve the production process house based on ISO9001/13485 and other essential standards and regulations to ensure the applicability and compliance

9. Establish a compliant and practicable EHS procedure to ensure legal and regulation compliance.

10. Furtherauthorizedrolesandtasksassignedasbusinessrequired.

Education&LanguageskillsRequired:

1. BachelororhigherdegreeinEngineeringorscience background.

2. ProficientknowledgeofEnglishLanguageboth written and spoken is essential.

Experience&SpecialSkillsRequired :

1. Atleast10yearsofworkexperienceinproduction management. Work experience in the High-Mix-Low-Volume industry, e.g. medical device, life science instrument is a PLUS.

2. Profound knowledge and proven hands-on experience in MES, lean production, and order fulfillment. Proficient in Lean, 6 Sigma, Result-driven tools, and Continuous Improvement, etc.

3. Strong leadership to develop and unite the team to continuously improve productivity and deliver high-quality products, overcome challenges and ambiguities to drive the designed results.
