该职位来源于猎聘 工作职责: 1、负责主持项目工作并对结果负责; 2、负责项目的"三控三管一协调"管理; 3、组织项目策划,施工组织设计方案; 4、主持编制计划,包含生产计划、资金计划、物资计划等; 5、对外协调政府行业主管部门、甲方、监理、公司总部,对内对接各供应商承包单位; 6、组织参加各类验收(危险性较大工程); 7、项目团队管理及考核; 8、工程档案及项目物业移交工作。 岗位要求(外派岗位): 1、大专及以上学历,中级职称; 2、工民建或土木工程专业,具备一级建造师证+B证,且能注册到公司; 3、有5年以上施工现场项目管理经验,近3年有可查项目业绩; 4、熟悉行业规范、规程、技术标准; 5、擅长总包管理,对外沟通处理关系; 6、擅长进度、质量、安全、成本管理,有较好的组织、沟通、领导能力; 7、接受全国外派。
