    POSITION SUMMARY
    The project manager we are looking for will be to coordinate people and processes to ensure that our projects are delivered on time and produce the desired results. You will be the go-to person for everything involving a project's organization and timeline.

    Senior Project Manager / Project Management Lead

    TEAM STRUCTURE
    Report Senior Project Manager who reports to SW Platform & Projects Director, has other projects managers as peers, belong to innovation team. Iinternally work close to developing, product team, externally product marketing team from different regions, etc.

    ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Consult business departments for requirement specification, process optimization and project management

    • Ensures the correct and efficient realization of IOT solution together with suppliers

    • Manage and execute IOT projects in time, quality and budget with efficient methodology.

    • Utilize software requirements to work with internal teams to create, maintain and track the project schedule.

    • Manage changes, risks, and issues. Ensure issues get highlighted, addressed and resolved timely and effectively.

    • Track project progress and report status to the management team.

    • Take ownership of managing dependencies and coordinate between teams as needed.

    • Monitor project quality assurance (QA) activities.

    • Manage vendors (e.g. 3rd party suppliers), including requirements, delivery, quality, reporting and so forth.

    ROLE EXPECTATIONS

    • Drive the New Product development program from concept, planning, execution, to closure phase.


    • Lead the cross-function and multi-site program team to deliver the new product development programs on time, on scope, on budget, and on quality.

    • Budget planning, spending, and tracking for managed projects.

    • Program status reporting and escalating.

    • Managing variant types of programs including 3rd party partners developing products and/or solutions.

    SELECTION CRITERIA, RELEVANT KNOWLEDGE, AND COMPETENCIES
    Must Have:

    • Bachelor or Master Degree in EE, Computer Science or Business.

    • 5+ years relevant experience in technology related business, with 3+ years in a Program Management position, with demonstrated history and ability dealing with executive management.

    • Excellent knowledge of general business concepts, ROI, budget management, strategic alignment, quality principles and application and organizational issues involved in hardware and software project and program management.

    • Collaboration with cross-functional partners to ensure team's activities aligned with broader team's strategy, priority and objectives.

    • Experience to collaborate and manage 3rd party vendors including SW/HW ODM/JDM and manufactory.

    • Excellent collaboration, communication and negotiation skills with demonstrated ability to interact with and influence management at all levels of the organization.

    • Outstanding written, presentation, and verbal communication skills in both mandarin and English.

    Preferred to have:

    • Engineering experience in hardware development is a plus.

    • Excellent leadership, team building and mentoring skills.

    • PMP, ACP, SAFe or CSM certification is a plus.
