- Understand campaign and project management lifecycles; identification and coordination of necessary resources to complete tasks and projects on time and within budget
- Maintain budgets and timelines
- Understand capabilities and capacities of agency partners
- Work cross functionally with Marketing Communications Strategists, Design / Video directors, Strategic Marketers, Agency partners and others to ensure all team members are aligned on timelines and priorities
- Maintain current project information within the project management system; leads project check-ins and routinely updates stakeholders on project status for informed decision making
- Validate all online and offline marketing communications meet Regulatory requirements and proper use of trademarks and copyrights to mitigate risk
- Collaborate with Strategic Marketing and other stakeholders to complete communications planning, forecasting, and budgeting, including reconciling activities for tactical execution, analyzing performance, and providing recommendations for improvements
- Manage marketing communications workflow including organizational, time/project management, planning and implementation, prioritization, and reporting
- Implement solutions that align with Gore brand, creative and quality guidelines while meeting budget guidelines and minimize time to market
- Bachelor's degree
- Minimum of 5 years proven experience in Marketing Communication experience in the medical device, pharmaceutical or life science industry
- Understanding of traditional and digital media channels and disciplines
- Proficient computer skills including MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills both in Chinese and English to develop strong working relationships with individuals and teams
- Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skill
- Analytical, creative, and tactical thinker with capacity to accurately align marketing communications knowledge to improve business outcomes
- Ability to work in very fast-paced, deadline-driven team environment
- Ability to travel up to 30%
