    Quality Control Technician


    Location:
    Yantai, China

    主要职责
    1. 检查必检原材料和包装材料,收取原材料COA给技术员,确保来料合格。
    2. 在线成品测试,确保入库成品合格。
    3. 输入QC测试数据进QC数据库。
    4. 完成COA,确认出货检验报告符合要求。
    5. 留样管理,确保成品和原材料的追溯性。
    6. 执行在线检测,确保成品出料过程合格。
    7. 完成测试数据整理,确保质量记录完整。
    8. 完成季度/月别内部校验测试仪器。
    9. 完成其他测试,退货检查,客户投诉测试,研发技术要求的测试。
    10. 发现任何异常,填写异常报告,配合生产查找异常的原因。
    11. 确保工作区域始终保持干净,整洁和安全,完成相应的5S工作。
    12. 正确操作设备,发现任何缺陷或违规行为,都必须停止使用并报告。
    13. 完成主管分配的其他任务。

    任职要求
    1. 本科及以上学历,化工相关专业。
    2. 有化工或化工产品应用,制造工艺等方面的实习经验者优先。
    3. 较强的人际交往能力,能够与跨职能团队有效地沟通和工作。
    4. 自我激励,积极主动,具有成功精神。
