- Responsible for performing independent project quality assurance to fulfill project quality goals
- Responsible for continuously improving quality assurance process and product quality
- Responsible for conducting supplier audits during development
- Responsible for coaching and mentoring team for process/quality topics
- Responsible for identifying project quality related risks and systematic issues between ongoing projects
- Responsible for promoting best practices/lesson learned among projects
- Responsible for fostering a culture of quality in the development Qualifikationen
- Over 3 years' experience of SW quality relative jobs in Automotive/Electrical industrial.
- Knowledge of system and software engineering processes
- Knowledge of quality management methodology
- Knowledge of V model and agile development methodology
- Good understanding on CMMI or Automotive SPICE, real experience will be preferred
- Experience in Problem Solving practices
- Good Data analysis ability
- Strong communication, interpersonal and coaching skills
- Good knowledge of English language
