    What you'll do

    Responsibilities:
    1. Financial Management:
    - Develop and implement financial policies and procedures to ensure efficient financial operations.
    - Prepare and manage the union's budget, including revenue and expense forecasting.
    - Monitor financial transactions, such as vendor payments.
    - Prepare financial reports, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
    - Coordinate with auditors for annual financial audits and ensure compliance with labor union accounting standards and regulations.
    - Identify cost-saving opportunities
    2. Membership Dues and Records:
    - Oversee the collection and recording of membership dues.
    - Maintain accurate membership records and update databases as needed.
    - Assist members with dues-related inquiries and resolve any issues promptly.
    - Collaborate with the Membership to ensure accurate and up-to-date membership data.
    3. Administrative Support:
    - Assist in organizing union meetings, including preparing agendas, minutes, and relevant documents.
    - Maintain and update union records, including contracts, policies, and other important documents.
    - Coordinate with external stakeholders, such as legal counsel, government agencies, and financial institutions

    Organizing Labor Union related activities and distribute benefits on time

    4.Education claim process

    Support Education funding claim process and ensure timely cash-in

    5. Manage conflict and complains

    Timely feedback emails for labor union public account and ensure prompt reply

    Your qualifications

    Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business administration, or a related field.
    - Prior experience in financial management, accounting, or administration.
    - Knowledge of labor laws, collective bargaining agreements, and union regulations is preferred.
    - Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Office Suite.
    - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
    - Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
    - Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
    - Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
