- Establish the project schedule management system with Project Manager
- Work with project team to prepare the project schedule in different levels.
- Very strong in preparing high level scheduling report to steering committee for project schedule progress analysis
- Good in providing all key milestone with construction, procurement and design team to align the key interface milestone, able to organize meeting to align and analyze timeline and gaps
- Coordinate the different team to review/approve the schedule.
- Instruct the key coordination dates for project execution to achieve the schedule alignment between different contractors.
- Alert potential project delays
- Report project execution status in different forms for different purposes.
- At least 10 years scheduling/planning experience, actual construction background will be an essential plus, especially on pharmaceutical construction projects.
- Tracked experiences on working with client to develop and track project schedule from concept, design, procurement, construction and commissioning knowledge
- Must be good at communicating with different work streams, be active on solving problems under the challenging situations.
- Must be a good expert on project reporting, including excel, PPT and meeting chairing.
- Skilled to work with different working style client is essential.
