Key Responsibilities:

Director/Section Director/General Supervisor Level:

Lead and oversee a team of laboratory professionals in a CAP-certified clinical biomarker lab in Oncology and Immunology Unit, WuXi AppTec, responsible for team expansion, training, and daily operations.

Ensure compliance with EH&S and other operational requirements.

Cultivate and expand the customer base on a global scale within the clinical biomarker lab services, collaborating closely with the business development and marketing teams.

Provide scientific support to Business Development teams and clients, addressing inquiries about WuXi Biology's clinical biomarker capabilities and data packages, working closely with the global team.

Optimize the current clinical biomarker assay platform and develop new capabilities to meet evolving market demands.

Collaborate effectively with colleagues across various functions, both within the department and at the division and company levels, to enhance client services and build capabilities.

Establish and maintain productive communication and relationships with worldwide business partners, fostering strong business ties with internal and external clients.

任职资格:

Qualifications:

Director/Section Director/General Supervisor Level:
. in biological sciences, with more than 3 years of relevant industrial experience in a CAP-certified clinical biomarker lab.

Familiar with relevant laws and regulations related to clinical trial testing in the United States, and knowledgeable in establishing and validating assay systems.

A strong track record of publications or experience in molecular and cell biology research, along with demonstrated expertise in experimental design and execution within a clinical setting.

In-depth knowledge in clinical biomarker and familiarity with cutting-edge clinical biomarker technologies.
Experienced in flow cytometry, NanoString or cytokine assays.
Demonstrated communication skills in both English and Chinese.

Ability to lead and collaborate with a large customer base and a dynamic supporting team to drive robust business growth within the clinical biomarker lab.

Strong leadership and people management skills in an industrial clinical biomarker setting.


Preferred qualifications:
International education and work experience.
Experience in prominent CRO (Contract Research Organization) companies is a plus.
Experience in Leukemia
