该职位来源于猎聘 智能体运营经理(AI Agent Operations Manager) 工作地点:成都 岗位职责: 1、智能体产品运营:负责AI智能体产品的日常运营与生命周期管理,包括内容策划、用户行为分析、使用场景拓展等; 2、用户增长与活跃度提升:具备把现有咨询引入智能解决的方案;提升用户活跃度与留存率; 3、标注体系搭建:设计标注规范与标签体系,结合知识库、语料库、FAQ库等辅助资源,保障智能体解决率; 4、数据驱动决策:基于用户行为数据、解决率、分流比等指标,建立运营效果评估体系,持续优化产品运营策略; 5、跨部门协作:与产品经理、算法团队、市场团队紧密合作,推动智能体功能迭代与业务目标达成; 6、内容生态建设:搭建智能体的内容生态体系,协调内容生产、审核、分发流程,确保内容质量与合规性; 7、竞品分析与行业研究:跟踪竞品动态及行业趋势,输出运营策略建议,保持公司在智能体领域的竞争优势。 任职要求: 本科及以上学历,市场营销、新闻传播、计算机、人工智能、工商管理等相关专业优先; 3年以上互联网产品运营经验,有AI产品、智能体、大模型相关项目经验者优先; 熟悉用户增长、内容运营、数据运营等全流程,具备独立制定并落地运营方案的能力; 具备良好的数据分析能力,熟练使用Excel、SQL、BI工具(如Tableau、Power BI)等; 拥有较强的沟通协调能力和跨团队协作意识,能快速适应变化并推动项目落地; 对AI技术、智能体发展趋势有浓厚兴趣,日常使用通用智能频率高; 有较强的学习能力,能够快速理解并掌握新概念、新技术,如Agent、RAG、Prompt Engineering等。 加分项: 有服务类智能助手、虚拟人、对话系统等相关项目经验; 有从0到1搭建智能体产品运营体系的经验; 具备一定的文案创作或内容策划能力;类似职位
