- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute integrated marketing communication strategies that align with the brand overall objectives.
- Create compelling and engaging content for various channels, including blog posts, social media, email campaigns, and website content.
- Unify brand messaging to ensure consistency across all communication channels and materials to reach KOLs and all other stakeholders.
- Develop and manage the production of marketing collateral, such as brochures, presentations, and videos for different audiences.
- Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of marketing campaigns using relevant metrics and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Manage and allocate the public and digital related marketing campaign budgets effectively.
- Bachelor's degree in healthcare, marketing, or a related field.
- An MBA or relevant certifications may be preferred.
- Several years (usually 5+ years) of experience in marketing, communications, or related roles.
- Proven experience in developing and executing marketing communication strategies.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms.
- Data analysis and reporting experience.
