CANDIDATE RESPONSIBILITIES :

•Responsible for project teams dedicated to MOSFET & SPS technology platforms to testing paln&timelines defined within project plans

•Contribute to developing new processes according the new platform or new product needs

•Contribute to defining or developing test structures and defining the test specifications needed to monitor and characterize the manufacturing process.

•Ensure that new product releases meet manufacturability, reliability, customer and market requirements in collaboration with product marketing, process development, assembly and industrial teams

•Provide technical support with respect to specification and justification of new product developments, responding to customer technical enquiries and issues

•Apply expertise to increase functional and technical organizational competence

•Support business-critical engineering activities across the organization, coaching and mentoring junior team members

JOB REQUIREMENTS :

•Degree or equivalent in Electronics Engineering, Physics, or a similar discipline, PhD and relevant patents strongly preferred

•Deeply Understanding of reliability methods, characterization and Failure Modes

•understanding of HV MOSFET device physics knowledge of the challenges of MOSFETs

•Proven track record of accomplishment in an engineering or technical management role

•Ability to communicate complex concepts and requirements clearly and to influence stakeholders at all levels
