Job Description

To support business growth overseas& domestic by :
1) Active sourcing/relocation activities; Supplier scouting
2) Good cost control;
3) Effective supplier management;
4) Strong Project cooperation and execution
5) Ontime trouble-shooting for daily issues;
6) Good communication
7) Preventive supplier quality planning & development
8) Reactive supplier quality management: problem solving & improvements
9) Provide quality methods training to supplier as expertise

1_Sourcing strategy implementation in accordance with SF and regions.
2_Supplier sourcing and development for domestic and exporting projects.
3_Regular price negotiation preparation and implementation to achieve target.
4_TCO ownership and management;
5_Act as supplier mentor for barriers clearance for daily business;
6_Supplier management and monitoring;
7_Commercial documents preparation and filing.
8_ Lead PQP process with internal functions on external supplier related activities
9_ISIR/PPAP approval (new P/N & ECR) & supplier approval
10_Monitoring & continous improving on supplier's quality performance
11_ Conduct Annual audit & product audit according ETAS requirements
12_ Claim management with suppliers: problems solving & improvments
13_ Supplier qualification: Supplier quality development(SQEP)/Improvement (SQIP)project if necessary.
14_Supporting on Incoming inspection

Qualifications

Education: Bachelor degree in Engineering or Business related similar education

Working Experience: Minimum 3~5 years of working experience on purchasing, knowledge on cost tracking, implementation of cost saving measures

Knowledge & Skills: Experienced of supplier management, experience for diagnostic, tablet and MSS related products is preferred

Language: Very good communication in English language verbal and writing is a must;

Travel frequency average 1~2 times per month
