    We are looking for an English ESL Teacher for a training center located in Guangzhou. This is a full-time position with an immediate start date.

    About the company

    This training center offers ESL and English Literacy programs for students aged 2.5–14, using unique teaching methods in ESL, phonology, and literacy for English proficiency. The curriculum, crafted by childhood developmental psychologists, emphasizes interactive, individualized learning. Instructors receive comprehensive training and materials for engaging lessons. With centers around the globe, the program provides extensive opportunities for professional development and career advancement.

    About the role

    The ideal candidate should be passionate about early childhood education and enjoy working with children, demonstrating enthusiasm for experiencing new cultures and a continuous learning mindset. Excellent English language skills and a strong passion for reading are essential. We appreciate individuals who are innovative, open to fresh perspectives, and willing to try new approaches.

    Requirements

    • Bachelor's degree required
    • Teaching certificate required (B.Ed, TESOL/TEFL, CELTA/DELTA etc)
    • Native English speaker
    • Teaching experience preferred
    • Clean criminal background check
    • Willing to work with young learners from 2.5 years old and above

    Benefits

    • Monthly salary of 17,000 to 21,000 RMB (gross) per month depending upon experience and qualifications
    • Yearly salary increases of RMB 1000 up to a maximum salary of RMB 24, 000

    • Travel allowance up to RMB 6,500
    • Re-signing bonus of RMB 5000
