描述

Responsibilites:

• 在生产部领导下全面负责车间生产、质量、技术、设备、安全等各项工作,努力提高管理水平,提高生产效益,全面保质保量完成各项指标和任务;

• 根据PMC下达的生产计划,组织车间生产,协调各生产工序,掌握生产进度,保证均衡生产和任务达成;

• 严格执行安全、文明生产管理,教育员工遵守劳动、工艺纪律和操作规程,按图纸、按工艺、标准执行;

• 根据企业对设备管理要求,切实抓好设备维护保养工作,定期组织保养检查;

• 认真协同质量部门做好质量管控工作,确保下线产品 质量;

• 持续推动车间生产制造成本节约工作,降低制造成本;

• 积极做好员工技能培养,不断提高员工作业技能及素质;

• 对员工出勤、纪律、工作效率进行考评;

• 做好现场管理工作,定置定位,推行5S标准化。

Requirements:

• 大专及以上学历;

• 三年上生产管理相关工作经验;

• 有较强的管理和沟通协调能力;

• 责任心和事业心强;

• 熟悉掌握精益生产相关知识。
