Role Summary:

Responsibilities:

• 班长是锅炉班组的生产、技术、安全的第一责任人,负责全班的全面工作,保证锅炉安全经济的运行,防止重大事故的发生;

• 班长当班期根据值长命令确保设备的安全经济运行,重大操作须向部门主管汇报,并将当班内的生产运行情况及其它重要情况记录在交接班记录上;

• 抓好生产,经常对班员进行安全教育,制止不利于安全生产的事情发生,在事故情况下,正确指挥事故的处理;

• 合理安排班内每位员工的工作,做到工作认真,责任分明;抓好劳纪律防止出现迟到、早退、串岗、溜岗、上班睡觉等违纪现象,
• 认真贯彻执行公司的各项规章制度,对违规违纪者按规定进行处罚;

• 督促各岗位搞好本岗位的文明卫生工作;

• 向专业主管提供本班人员的工作考核意见及岗位安排建议;完成主管交给的各项工作。

Requirements:

为成功履行职责, 要求具备如下技能及资质

• 相关工作领域学位

• 1~2年相似岗位工作经验优先考虑但不必须

• 愿意再安置到工作所在地
