• Responsible for Tax declaration (Monthly & Quarterly & Annually) and ensuring timeliness and accuracy;
• Prepare / support / review Annual CIT filings and TP Documentation;
• Work with regional tax team for Defer tax calculation and reconciliation;
• Providing tax consultation to business daily operation and business model
• Design SOPs for tax filing and identify any compliance issues;
• Latest tax regulations update and regular tax training to the team;
• Overall lead the government subsidy;
• Prepare Reports for government;
• Coordinate internal and external audit, Tax audit;
• GL Month end closing and financial reporting in line with both PRC and US GAAP;
• Responsible for timely and accurate submission of monthly/quarterly/annual reports required by the Corp;
• Other ad hoc tasks assigned by Manager.

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting or audit related field;
• More than 4 years work experience with a Minimum of 2 years of work experience in a multinational company tax team;
• Good command of accounting principles and local regulations, e.g. US GAAP, tax regulations;
• Good knowledge in accounting system and excellent excel skill;
• Ability to work independently and under pressure;
• Fluent English in oral and writing.
