1.3 确保业务/市场活动被充分的贯彻执行,并作出及时的反馈。
1.4 与重点学术带头人和专家保持良好沟通,来确保和支持市场活动的学术专业性。
1.5 按公司要求合理管理预算,和人员配置。
2. 人员管理
2.1 辅导下属提高专业知识技能,激励团队的专业能力发展。通过为地区经理提供辅导和帮助,建立培养他们的领导力和创新能力。
2.2 招聘,发展,保留符合GSK价值观的优秀人才员工,建立一支可持续发展的专业化队伍。
