- 学士或硕士学位(专业:计算机与科学专业、电子类专业、通讯专业);
- 3-5 年相关工作经验者优先;
- 至少 1 年 CAN/LIN 网络和诊断相关的实际操作经验;
- 基本的软硬件知识,有一定的软件编程能力(例如:CAPL、Python)者优先;
- 产品生命周期的管理经验;
- 英语听说和书写能力优秀者优先;
- 良好的沟通与合作技巧;
- 良好的团队合作意思和精神
