    As a Warehouse/Internal Logistics Supervisor for Electrification Business Area in Xiamen, China, you will be responsible for establishing and maintaining warehouse work procedures to meet business demands. Developing and maintaining departmental work instructions for all tasks.

    Your responsibilities

    • Managing properly receipt/shipment/etc. paperwork. Well manage warehouse material master data to ensure accuracy
    • Ensuring availability & timely maintenance of equipment and facilities. Identifying and recommending technical equipment and facility improvements as necessary
    • Optimizing warehouse capacity, inventory, visual management, and operation process, recommending and implementing measures to improve quality of service, increasing efficiency of department and work crew and equipment performance. Giving package change suggestion to supplier management team to increase efficiency that material to production line
    • Supervising and ensuring smooth operations for daily material receiving, warehousing, distribution to production and shipping activities. Ensuring stock accuracy through periodic stock take and/or cycle counting
    • Leading, motivating, organizing and encouraging teamwork within the workforce to ensure set productivity and Key Performance Indication (KPI) targets are met, and improve team's engagement
    • Maintaining standards of health and safety. Ensuring quality environmental objectives are met

    Your background

    • Bachelor and above degree, professional knowledge in logistics and warehouse management
    • At least 3 years logistics management experience in foreign owned company, better if ever used lean sigma or other equivalent theory to lead optimization project.
    • Good data analysis ability, high sensitivity to find the issue and analyze the root cause, identify potential risk and find solution.
    • Strong leadership in team performance management and people development
    • Use office software like excel, PowerPoint professionally, be skilled in SAP is preferred
    • Has continual improvement mentality and has the passion to improve continually
    • Good English listening, speaking, reading & writing ability
