- Taking on the role of expert for manufacturing support services
- Supporting the manufacturing processes for the rotor and stator assembly process of electric drives
- Drawing up and adaptation of manufacturing documents and work instructions
- Independently determining and evaluating statistical process data and using them to derive improvement actions
- Accompanying the CIP process and executing the resulting actions
- Join the series line acceptance and tracking the open points.
- Completed vocational training in a technological field; additional training as a certified technician/foreman (or similar) would be desirable
- Substantial professional experience in manufacturing support services, ideally in the automotive industry for E-driver business for High voltage Motor assembly
- Knowledge of industrial automation and assembly technology
- Fluent in English
