- 大学本科或以上学历 Bachelor's degree or above

Job Description
主要职责 Responsible for:
Manage logistics activities and deploy the group's production control & logistics policy, actively anticipate in the lean production and digital entrepreneur deployment in plant
主要任务 Main missions:
Maintain good relationship with customers, and ensure customer's satisfaction on delivery performance
Manage and monitor logistics activities, from material procurement, import process, dispatch of products, to after-sales
Develop the procedure and measurement and KPI for every logistics process.

Organize PIC, provide suffient information to the long-term decision on human resource, machine and facility and material
Manage suppliers and logistics providers, and help improve their delivery performance.
Lead and motivate the team to achieve expected results within deadline.
Responsible for the deployment of the programs such as white plant, HSE, digital plant etc. within PC&L team and area.
Responsible for the deployment of Chap PC&L of FES questionair within plant.
Coordinate with other functions, keep continuous improvement of PC&L proecess under the Internal Control Basics.
Manage the launch of new programs within the plant
EOP management, control obsolecence, arrange for disposal of surplus materials.
Other temporary task arranged by line manager
