您的机会

作为零售团队的一员,您将参与所有销售事宜,为客户提供高品质服务,发展客户关系,进行销售和完成售后服务。同样,您也有机会协助店铺经理完成店铺各项营运事宜。

您的职责

1. 能够代表公司把产品和品牌形象传达给顾客,优化给予客户满意度;

2. 时刻维护确保顾客享受良好的购物经验;

3. 参与店铺内的销售和展示(所有产品类别);

4. 及时掌握仓储情况,确保销售的成功连带;

5. 主动并充分利用VIP资料,对品牌和产品进行推广;

6. 保证售前售后的服务水平一致并符合公司要求,以维护客户满意度和忠诚度,从而树立并推广品牌形象;

7. 妥善接待并处理客户的投诉,在必要情况下寻求经理的帮助;

8. 向管理层及时反应客户信息;

9. 通过各种渠道不断更新流行趋势,了解竞争状况;

任职资格

1. 1~2年相关奢侈品牌工作经验;

2. 高度的责任心与工作积极性;

3. 良好的销售主动性和客户服务意识;

4. 有更多相关工作经验者可考虑作为资深销售人员录用;
