Job Title: IMC Senior Marketing Manager
Major Responsibilities
Lead in UBR marquee event integrated communication briefing
Well understand business objective and consumer insights of each campaign and transfer into strategic thinking from communication perspective
Develop master brief for UBR marquee event communication to lead agency sourcing and internal briefing
Lead in UBR marquee event integrated campaign idea development to cut through execution
Responsible to develop campaign idea for each campaign
Ensure brand spirit and product differentiation point build into campaign idea
Work with content team, guide PMO to ensure creative execution on schedule and can excellent deliver the campaign idea and achieve media efficiency to achieve brand and campaign awareness
Propose and input in media planning to maximize campaign awareness
Work with media team to explore opportunity from the perspective of campaign strategy. Propose and input on media cadence, priority platform and creative format.
Lead in pre-discussion with media team for campaign annual planning. Integrate mega media opportunity into marquee event briefing
Lead in campaign report development
Monitor campaign execution and develop in-time execution report during campaign period
Lead in summarize campaign learning when campaign complete and transfer into strategic thinking for the next event briefing.
Lead in sharing of industry and competitor communication tactic
Qualifications
6+ years marketing experience, preferrable manager experience in advertising agency communication planning or in-house integrated communication role.
Experience in leading role in mega marketing campaign including leading creative agency/in-house briefing and campaign idea development.
Demonstrate strong sense of strategic thinking and big picture view.
Sensitivity to on-trend communication and media tactic.
Strong learning agility is must.
Strong presentation skill and fluent in spoken and written English and Chinese
Able to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment and understand the complexity of company
Strong interpersonal skills
Leadership skill in coaching subordinate and agency
Education
Bachelor Degree
