描述
工作职责:
1)保持跟大客户有效良好的沟通,和客户建立良好的关系,重点负责玩具产品客户的维护和开发新的合作;
2)收集市场信息及竞争对手信息并监测客户的取向;
3)对客户进行有效的管理和跟踪,在现有的和新的市场中,拓展新的销售机会;
4)与技术支持部门通力合作,解答客户咨询及疑问,为客户提供优质服务,挖掘老客户的新需求及保证客户的满意度;
5)带领团队完成年度销售目标。
工作要求:
-本科及以上学历;
-至少五年以上同行相关工作经验及两年以上团队管理经验
-沟通能力优秀、具有极强的服务意识、良好的团队合作精神;
-性格开朗、领悟及沟通能力较强,有耐心,责任心及抗压能力 ;
-有耐心,能够准确把握客户需求并及时应对;
