    主要工作职责 Key Responsibilities :

    在给定的资源下制定和实施地区业务计划(包括目标客户列表,专业推广活动,人员辅导计划等),确保每个品牌的学术研讨活动与市场发展策略紧密相连。 确保专业拜访和学术研讨活动的全面实施和及时反馈 与重点学术带头人和专家保持良好沟通,以确保和支持市场活动的学术专业性 了解自己区域的市场环境,发现机会并提出有效建议 辅导下属提高专业知识技能,激励团队的专业能力发展, 提供疾病产品知识、专业拜访技能、区域管理、关键专业胜任力等指导 管理团队,确保团队成员按要求及时准确录入SFA相关信息(拜访频率、覆盖率、会议、客户拜访及医学信息提供的质量等),以确保系统的有效运作。 与团队共享专业推广经验、心得及市场信息,实现组织目标 医药代表绩效管理和考核; 确保人员发展计划的制定和实施 招聘和发展符合葛兰素史克价值观的员工 提供专业的招标支持 及时反馈客户疾病诊疗信息、品牌使用信息及市场信息的变化 准时提交公司所需报告/流程

    确保自身及团队人员进行的活动完全符合公司的政策/标准,以及中国法律和法规。

    任职条件 Qualifications

  • 文化程度Education (学历/专业Diploma, Degree and Major):
  • 本科以上学历,相关医药专业优先

  • 任职经验Working Experience:
  • 专业学术的成功的制药跨国公司的推广经验(至少2年)

  • 专业知识/技能Professional Knowledge/Skill :
  • 熟悉本辖区医药市场具体状况、特点及相关医药政策法规

    了解本公司产品及竞争产品市场

    掌握医院工作环节、医院销售特点及医院市场推广的基本理论、技巧

    了解医院业务计划、资源分配、地区管理、客户管理

  • 计算机及外语水平Computer & Language Skill:
